From Tuscany with Love
A cross between a cookbook and a memoir, it was written by Sheryl Ness, a Kasson native. It details the author’s search for “something,” which she ultimately finds, fueled by chocolate cake, in a Tuscany kitchen.

"The book is well-written and descriptive, evoking the flavors and aromas of Italy. The book is interspersed with photos which are presented in a postcard form and recipes which are charmingly presented, handwritten as though torn from a notebook. Overall an easy read."
—Elizabeth S., reviewer

"A truly lovely story of a woman’s journey to the love of her life. Her writing style was so mesmerizing and her descriptions of the places she visited made me feel I was there. It was like reading a private diary sharing her most precious memories.
The recipes sound delicious, I hope to try some soon, especially the hot chocolate ‘love’ cake plus, many others. This is an inspirational story, telling us that you can do whatever you want—you just need to believe in yourself. Wonderful, a must read."
—Anita T., reviewer

"This is an account of how taking risks can lead to unforeseen pleasures and heartfelt contentment. The story makes me want to jump on the next plane to Italy."
